The Offices of Piedmont Neurosurgical Group, P.A. are Staffed:
When Calling: Please keep in mind that the care of our patients is our first priority. The nurse will speak with you initially regarding any symptoms or complaints. Your message will then be conveyed to your doctor as soon as possible and his answer relayed back to you promptly. To allow our physicians to see patients on time and adhere to surgery scheduling, our staff personnel handle all phone inquiries. In the case of an emergency, we will always contact your physician immediately for assistance. For questions relating to insurance or billing, speak directly with our financial secretaries when you call.
Monday to Thursday - 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Fridays - 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
