Our Physicians and Staff Welcome You!! Piedmont Neurosurgical Group, P.A. is a group-practice dedicated to providing patients with the highest quality spine and neurosurgical care. We are proud to offer care for patients with complex disorders of the brain, spine, central and peripheral nervous systems.   It Is the goal of our physicians and staff to provide our patients with the highest quality of medical care available as together we strive toward a full and active recovery.  In keeping with this commitment, each physician within our practice has years of specialized training and is board certified or board eligible in the field of neurosurgery.     Our group was established in 1977 to better serve upstate communities. We currently have treatment facilities in Anderson and Greenville, S.C., and maintain full privilege hospital affiliations with Anderson's AnMed Health Systems and Greenville's St. Francis Hospital System.
